seems that some peoples dead mercs can appear alive to you and just remain standing in town where players load in. unfortunately they can also make it difficult trying to click portals because of this.
I was wondering why there were so many mercs standing on the portal in baal runs for the longest time when the players were inside the throne. Just realized what is going on here
