black screen right after the d2r loading screen. plays the game music but just logo on bottom right of screen and no menu or anything?

same for me, glad I’m not the only one… cant even play offline

yeah same here have to restart laptop after… just does the same thing over and over and it’s a nice laptop not even a year old, has all the specs required
I am having the same issue. How do we speak to someone about it?

i have no idea i tried to contact blizzard but can’t. just hope for a patch i guess?
