The first one is useful/valuable.
Dual leech and 100+ to AR are the main 3 stats you want on a dual leech ring. Yea str and dex are very useful as is resists. You can get str and dex from other ring or ammy or gear though.
That other ring is eh at best.
I think the second one could be worth more.
Everyone has random dual leech rings. But not many people have 40+ lifers yet.
I personally would Charsi both of the rings. But Charsi is my best friend lately so I may have been unknowingly generous.
