New Tzone every 15 minutes? Does anyone think that's a good idea?

I don’t want to sound ungrateful, as I love that they are doing fun things with D2R and not afraid to change some things while leaving the game intact… however…

Whoever thought 15 min TZ’s would be a good idea should be ashamed of themselves. Way to short of a time frame to enjoy the TZ’s that are actually good.

They COULD have done a bit better and paired the 15 min TZs with a limited set list like Trist, Trav, Den etc. At least that would have more aligned with being able to get 10 or 12 runs in.

I was really excited to see the 22 days on the 1st day, now after this one… my hopes have greatly diminished.

I think it’d be nice if there was more of a dynamic change to Terror Zones based on clearing them… For example:

  • When half of all uniques/champions/super uniques/bosses (if applicable) are killed, “The tremors show signs of slowing.”
  • When 3/4 of them are killed, “The corruption begins to fade.”
  • When only one remains, “The corruption has all but dissipated.”
  • When the last one is killed, “The corrupted tremors fade from [area].” followed shortly by “Corrupted tremors strike [area]!”

The starting Terror Zone can be the hourly one still, so if you want to farm the same TZ during that hour, just keep creating new games after clearing the first.

Thank you.
15 minutes to go… and we’ll see what’s in store next.

This is everything else but NOT FUNNY AND SUPER ANNOYING.

Stop that…,

If you thought that was uninventive and annoying look at this one, all players have 50 more gold drop (!!!) from Scrooge. Yes, they think they are extremely funny. Somebody should tell them they are not, not even a bit.

100% agree.
20characters

PLEASE NOT THE 15 MINUTE TZONE AGAIN!!!

Would’ve been ok with ANY other buff… Am only about 5% away from level 99 on my barb and was going to get it today but guess it’ll have to wait until tomorrow…

Really not happy with you, Blizzard. You don’t seem to read / care about any of the feedback on these forums. If any of your team had taken 2 minutes to read these responses, you wouldn’t have given us this buff again!

I could do without this in the rotation for sure. Seems more punishing then a gift.

The drops are awful, but TZ are for gaining experience.

Today was a quick log in, have a laugh to myself, then log out.
They couldn’t even do 22 different things, it’s been what, 8 or 9 rotated?

So far, 13, to be exact.

I predict 1 more repeat and another unique. As far as the repeat, a draw out of the hat, I’m guessing double hitpoints on 1/2.

As far as the unique… It’d be nice to have +20 character slots… For 24 hours… Hahaha just kidding. PERMANENTLY

its good if you are bored of farming the same TZ over and over again

Like TDJ said at the start of this thread this effect was probably to gauge interest in a different TZ time length, I think I’d rather have two TZs running per hour at the same time rather than having the length reduced though.

They could just remove the timer and make all zones TZ permanently.

People talked about not wanting to run Baal/Chaos for the 1000000000th time and that they wanted “diversity”. So just allow them to farm any area they want, whenever they are online.

META is Chaos/WSK/Tombs/flayer for XP and Travi for loot. But people that don’t want to do the “META” thing, could go anywhere else.
With the current timer, people just log off when there is a crap zone like Sewers.

They already messed up the XP grind, so why not at least make TZs worth it.

I would prefer a whole act terrorized per hour if anything. Make it simply progressional from act 1 to 5 as if D was walking it.

Hitting unwanted zones just kills the flow for me.

I don’t even log in when I see a crappy zone on the tracker. Especially since I currently have very limited time, I prefer to do anything else and not log into my favourite ARPG.

Its annoying…
Stop that s h i t t.

The complete idea of 22 days of this is crap

Should have been 30 minute rotation… 15 is just too short.
