Not even looking at the piercing attack I can already tell that with 5%ML, Cannot be Frozen, and +5mana after kill. This helm kicks butt for any Zon early on. Oh didnt realize it was a pul rune in it. That changes quite a bit as far as this thing being useful. I was hoping it’d be more along the lines of Radiance’s cost.
