I absolutely agree that they should allow modding in an extra mode like old open bnet.
I already stated that transmogrification is ok for me as long as it’s turned off in PvP and available for everybody without extra grind. It’s not needed in D2R but at least some models would used more often without the penalties.
So why suggest a change that is 99,99% PvP then?
Yeah a patch with a PvP related change nobody wanted and can’t be solved with rules.
At least all those whiners that cry about not finding high runes with their 1000s of hours would no longer have an excuse.
It would…
Are you back to trolling or did I just forget how dumb you are?
They should listen more to the feed back instead of brainstorming features we don’t want. Fix underused skills, give us items to support underused skills, and give us more variety! New areas at this point is beating around the bush. What about looking into more Quality of Life changes? Isn’t this what D2R was promised to be? No, we are given a reimagining of an original work of art corrupted by a company far removed from its vision.
Lastly, if VV truely cares about this game then they would find a way to complete what the og devs could not. We need the guild system implemented with guild halls etc. Complete the damn game, then talk about adding your flair to it.
To op, this suggestion makes too much sense for it to ever be implemented! Knowing you have a lvl 98 should be reward enough! Better stats eww, who wants that!?
Ani charm provides plus -to all- skills and resistance, so having 15 or 30 would provide an overpowered skill and resistance, bonus
However, at level 90-99, Providing a progressively increasing 20-30 ( I would actually prefer 40 ) additional skills BEYOND what would be obtained via level alone (10), would allow a lot of builds to be finished out / have full hybrid skill builds ( thus opening character slots to those who like having dedicated characters rather than using Tokens constantly )
If levels at this point take considerably longer to reach, they should provide considerably bigger bonus.
For example, at level 99 a Barbarian would need ( all include 1 maxed mastery)
20 extra skills, to have max synergy Leap Attack, Whirlwind, Battle orders and Shout
20 extra skills, to have max synergy concentrate, Battle orders and Shout
30 extra skills, to have max synergy Berserk, Whirlwind, Battle orders and shout
40 extra skills to have max synergy Frenzy and only Battle Orders maxed.
40 extra skills to have max synergy Concentrate, Battle Orders, Shout, and Iron Skin.
40 extra skills to have max synergy Double Throw, Battle Orders, Shout, Whirlwind, and near max second weapons mastery ( for Whirlwind )
I’m with you. The people asking for more this or that… why is it necessary? If you want a maxed out character - hunt for better/perfect drops! It’s a pain in the neck but it’ll the character dramatically.
