I find this a bit difficult to believe, especially since you claim you gave away everything earlier today and the sheer volume of rare items.

From that list alone, that means you would have acquired at least 13 ber runes (6+3 from the enigmas + 4 from the infinities) and 10 jah runes (7+3 from the enigmas)
