Nerf Mosaic in 2.8 please

Mosaic is much toooooo op, there already are suggestions on nerfing.
I got a different idea on how to nerf, it is:
KEEP the percentage of 100%, but decrease the number of charges kept after perform finishing moves. the number should be one stat on items. the value could be 2 or 3 on 1 Mosaic, then 4 or 6 on 2 Mosaics. it means after assassin perform a finishing move, only some charges (equal or less than this number) are kept. also this number can be a random of 2-3. meanwhile the percentage of 50% on 1 Mosaic should be removed, which means assassins can still keep some charges with only 1 Mosaic. new unique boots with value 1-2 are also welcomed.

Remove consume mechanic.

Rework MA charges to last 15sec per charge type w/o consume.

I still, honestly, prefer standard Phoenix Strike build without Mosaic.

I think the fix would be to change Mosaic to give a % chance to generate a charge when performing a finishing move of each charged move. So, if you have 1 weapon, then you have a 50% chance to replenish each charge when you use one. If you have 2 weapons, then it’s 50% chance per weapon. So you have a 25% chance to replenish 2 charges, 50% chance to replenish 1 charge, and 25% chance to replenish no charges.
