Hmm… Seems complicated.
Like, for on-hit effects, do we really want to give the skill the ability to repeatedly knockback/freeze half the screen (and off-screen beyond that)? Are there other on-hit effects we want to avoid her having?
Do we really want to give her the shotgun ability, making her get absurd amounts of hits on close targets?
There are probably improvements that can be made on this skill, but the devs should be very cautious about the changes they decide to apply, lest we get another mosaic-level change.

That being said, they should remove the mana cost increase when the skill hits arrow limit, and they should provide a small attack rating or damage bonus, so that the skill always gives a little extra for every skill point applied.

Elemental arrows like fire need a buff.
