Missing reward from Rite of passage quest and a few other bugs

I just finnished Rite of passage in Areat summit. If i remember correctly, you should get 2 skillpoints, but i got nothing

I also noticed some rendering issues in the underground/icy areas in act 5. Some times the color of my equipment change to purpleish - as if they loose the yellow color. I seem to remember there were some similar issues in the original D2 ToB as well, but im not sure

Command and chat issues - when i play for longer periods of time i can no longer input commands or chat

Prefernces and keybinding - each time i launch the game anew, some of the preferences i have changed revert back to an earlier stage. Keybinding of skills does the same

You do not get skillpoints or statpoints as a reward but a fixed amount of exp, which means how much level ups you get, depends on your current level (lvl 20 on norm, lvl 40 on nm and lvl 60 on hell minimum).

Rite of passage does NOT award skill points.
As stated above it grants a “FIXED” number of XP up to 1 current level worth. (It USED to grant multiple level ups but now you can ONLY gain 1) and has a level requirement of 20/40/60.
Gives Up to:
Normal - 1.4m
Nightmare - 20m
Hell - 40m
