Currently 45 minutes into Que. WHY IS YOUR 2.3 BILLION DOLLARS OF PROFIT not enough to provide servers for players? Do you understand that you are killing you player base? Is that the goal? I have been trying to connect for over 2 hours now. Luckily there is no queue at the moment. However I am unable to create or join an online game. I get an error message: “FAILED TO ENTER GAME. THIS CHARACTER IS ALREADY IN A GAME ON THE SERVER. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”. I have tried closing the game, rebooting my console, rebooting my modem, checking for updates. Nothing worked. Please help.

Console is PS5 and my internet speed is testing as 320 mbps
