Come on, just tell the devs to setup a cron job to clear sessions if the game doesn’t exist anymore of which the character is supposed to be in. it’s not that hard. Give me git credentials and I’ll do it myself within a couple of hours.

Just get rid of this lockout-bug, at least a temporary fix. To keep people locked out for hours is just amazingly embarrassing from Blizzard’s end. I’m sorry but it’s really awkward to not even have a temp fix yet. There are so many temp fixes available, just choose one.
