[Main Thread] - Can not create or join games - "character is already in a game"

I have been trying to connect for over 2 hours now. Luckily there is no queue at the moment. However I am unable to create or join an online game. I get an error message: “FAILED TO ENTER GAME. THIS CHARACTER IS ALREADY IN A GAME ON THE SERVER. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”. I have tried closing the game, rebooting my console, rebooting my modem, checking for updates. Nothing worked. Please help.

Console is PS5 and my internet speed is testing as 320 mbps

Hello.

Yesterday a little after 1 hour in the morning I got kicked out of the game (nothing new)
The problem is that since then I can not enter public games from friends or create my own.

When I try to join some game I have black screen.
Again, when I want to start a game I get 2 messages:

The character is in the game on the server,

connection problem, can’t connect. (where the lobby is working)

I have tried the following steps:
Reinstalling the game
Change of computer
Logging in on another computer with a different IP
Resetting every router where I tried to enter the game.

Please explain where the problem is.
