Lower Resist in PVP

Hey guys!

In the description of the Lower Resist skill of the necromancer, we find “Lowers maximum resistances of hostile players”.

Consider the following scenario: Hostile player has 95% fire resistance with 200% overcapped (i.e. total of 295% on normal difficulty). If LR rank 1 was applied, does it really decrease the 95% down to 63%, even though he has 200% overcapped?

Of course Nope. That’s still 95%.
That’s why counterpart uses 4 perfect sapphired shield VS blizzard soceress.

So the enemy can just bm you to pieces like a pig. And the sorc goes like “oink oink oink”, dying like a pig. Helpless, not able to do 10 damage to enemy with her main spell. Easy.
