Should say Buy again because they know its your favorite game.
From a web design perspective it’s called a Call To Action button and they’re intentionally designed to draw a user’s focus with contrasting colour, size and placement.
It’s a bit of a cheap thing to do to users who have already bought the game, they should at least make it disappear for logged-in users who clearly already paid.
