Lost all shared stash items after convert chars to Reign of the Warlock chars

Hi, I purchased the DLC Reign of the Warlock today, and converted all my online characters (right off season 12) into the new DLC characters. But surprisingly I found out that I had lost all of my shared stash items (I believe it’s 3 stashes), including about 7500000 in game gold.

Can you help me restore my shared stash’s item? I had put a lot of useful stuffs there.

I didn’t know convert my chars to DLC chars will lose me all the shared stash items. This is on PS5.

Same here, on PC. Playing offline, lost my shared stash items. All my precious runes :frowning:

Guys relax. You still have access to them.

  1. Create an expansion character like you always did.
  2. Go into your shared stash tab and drag all items to personal.
  3. Save & exit. At character screen you press X to convert your expansion to new DLC.
  4. Now just move your personal back to shared like before.

Fyi. Remember to move your gold and 1 of each Anni, Gheed and torch as you can’t carry multiple in your personal.

Next just delete that character and repeat the steps.

On PS5 i dont see a way to create an resurected character, all characters start on RoW

Thanks a lot! It worked!

I created an expansion char, went into the shared stash, it was empty, but I found out that there’s a “x“ checkbox which I can click, to go into the read-only ladder stash. Then I was able to move items from my read-only ladder stash into my personal stash, convert the expansion char to DLC char and finally move the items to the new shared stash. Thanks a lot!

There is a way. There is a button when creating a character to go to “Legacy” which now has you decide between both Classic and Expansion (they are both now considered Legacy, not just Classic). And RotW is the new modern and default selection.

Don’t use Warlock as your new character.

On Switch the button is X to select Legacy mode aka expansion.

Reply back so more players from different console have their solution if it works for you.
