if on Hardcore then i got titans for you.
The place I always end up getting it from (usually not using my Amazon, lol) is NM Meph. I reroll the map until the entrance to level 3 is very near the waypoint and then farm him at /players 3 in Offline. Obviously, it will take longer in Online mode since you are at /players 1 unless you’re grouping.
