canât understand why no one tests anything with a new update release.
If you release an update on console, test it on every console before the releaseâŚ
itâs like quality assurance hasnât happened in this case.

We even cannot create new online characters on PS5, because all names are either Invalid or Offensive.

U can dowload ps4 version Any time. Look d2r in playstation store press on three dots and choose a version which u like to download

Same on my PS5 so I downloaded PS4 version only to find out servers are down, canât win lol. I am seriously considering a refund at this point, itâs a joke, Iâve had enough.

The worst part is, it wouldâve taken a dev 30 seconds to launch the game with the new patch to see that its broken, they couldnât even be bothered to do a 30 second test before releasing the patch.

Hello. Ps5 owner here, cannot use my old online char, cannot create a new char due to profane name (?!?), i have created just to play something an offline char, played today 4 hours, saved. This evening all my offline charâs shared stash is empty, runes gems averything. Yeah, play this game you all from BlizzâŚ

Whenever I get free time the servers are down and now with PS5 canât get passed the new epic boss ⌠âPlayâ button.

Same as my ps5, I got for ps4 too and that one works but ps5 wonât start any games. It allows me to choose my online characters but as soon as I push x to start a game it doesnât do anything itâs just the same screen with my character in the back ground. PC and Switch version is working though. Really disappointing how in the first weeks we get consistent disconnects and issues. Come on Blizzard we just want to play online!
