Playing on switch. Lilith disappeared from the Matrons Den after leaving to go find a new demon to bind because she killed my lancer. Eventually got Lister and killed Baal but after returning to matrons den Lilith had de-spawned without dropping Diablo’s horn.
Would it be possible you killed her without knowing and the Horn dropped on the ground pass the time limit?
I don’t think so. She still had like 1/4 HP left when I ran and she’s fully immune to poison right?
Yes she is immune to Poison.
Let’s just say RotW came with lots of new bugs.
I assume you checked every room since keys arent easy to come by.
Only hope you have is to trade for the organ. GL
