Beta starts in few hours, guys lets be friendly to others on servers, share the loot, play together, be generous so new players dont have “toxic” loot experience.

in my case the only times i was mean to someone , would be to my best friend i played with.
we were mean between each other just for fun xD

if i had some exploding puppets from act 3 following me i would make them go to him

during a duo baal run , i would sometime block him temporarily from accessing baal’s room with bone walls (necro) and kill the boss before he finished arriving (since he had to wait for the wall to get down as he wasn’t a sorceress or had enigma at the time)

i would prepare some surprise near TP or entrance of a level etc…

Also just so you know there are not gonna be many new people playing diablo 2. Now that it is free to every one for a weekend, here’s what’s gonna happen.
They are gonna realize diablo 2 isn’t poe, diablo 3 or diablo 4 and leave.
Or maybe they will realize its better 
I’m pretty certain it’s the new players who are toxically grabbing every drop they see. More seasoned players see a rare drop for a weapon someone else can use and don’t grab it. I ran with Sorcs and Pallys and guess who was grabbing all the mana pots? Yup the newb pally. I could tell he was newb by how he was playing…not using any skills that may use mana…
