They have only outlined it in detail for WoW, but with Blizzard most of their policies are the same across all games.

As you can see, even the op is presuming that this policy in wow applies across all their portofolio.
Note that despite the green text, MissCheetah is not a blizzard employee and all he can do is make educated guesses when data is incomplete.

This is precisely what I was trying to tell you. They DO ban for multiboxing facilitated by ANY software.

No, you said “they get banned for it”. You then threw in the caveat they ban for multiboxing with “process explorer”. And later again said “multiboxing can get you banned”. All three are not true because they do not ban for multiboxing.

They only ban for hardware or software that some people use to facilitate multiboxing, which is a completely separate issue from multiboxing because you can multibox without violating their policies.

Playing D2R isn’t bannable. Playing D2R with maphack is bannable.
Playing D2R isn’t bannable. Playing D2R with pickit is bannable.
Playing D2R while multiboxing isn’t bannable. Using software or hardware to facilitate of multiboxing" is bannable.
