Keybindings not saving. F1-12

Keybindings are not saving through any attempt. Default, custom, apply, etcetera etcetera etcetera. Any “fix” or “mistake” players have considered or suggested.

I use the scroll wheel to change skills. Every new game the bindings are reset. Seems to be once you bind a skill to a F1-12 key it is permanent.

I only want F1 and F2 bound to scroll between and I constantly have to unbind the F3 skill every game I make. Unmeasurable amount of frustration. This is not how it is in the original D2.

Happens for me too but not every game start.

I’ve had this happen when making a new character, have to rebind all hotkeys. D2R has some strange behavior when it comes to new games/characters like players x settings resetting on game quit.
