Finally caved and bought D2 tonight, and now can’t connect? Are the servers down? Is this normal? Should I just get my refund and move on?
Edit - Nevermind. After realizing I can’t even put in a ticket without a tracert and more, which is impossible on a console, I just put in a refund request with MS. Blizz has gone so far downhill since I worked there.
I have the same problem and it’s been 3 weeks !
I’m not sure why they even bother having an “online” button in the console version. The online experience is so sluggish and is down so often, it feels like the entire thing runs on some old pc under some blizzard dev’s desk that gets turned off in the weekend or when it gets too hot.
