Join queue but end up Offline after reaching character screen

I started the PTR in the queue at 121. I waited to get into the Character screen but the list popped up as “Offline”. When I clicked “Online” I was back to 151.

Update: got through the queue again and got a “Cannot connect to server” error.

Update 2: restarted the game, back in queue at ~200. Got to character screen with a “Cannot connect to server” error again

Same for me, pulls to offline character list after the queue count down and then puts me back to end of queue when clicking Online.
