You know it too very well. Baalruns are usualy filled quite fast and for that reason not visible. Actually D2:Râs Online and Offline are both rather different than LoDâs Multi and Single player.
LoDâs Multi had unrestricted characters and complete games lists. Single had Open Bnet and TCP/IP.
He stated dead or underpopulated games with 1-3 players and no cows, baals, or split mfâs. Your pictures show games within that average on Normal and Hell, as well as a Hell list devoid of cows, baals, and split mfâs. Your pictures prove his point.

If you want proof there are full public games, you can see that sometimes when you see game and click on it and it sais game if already full.

If you want to be competitive in ladder ranking you have to play with a private group to get the 8 player exp bonus. Hell Baal runs are very rare in public games. Most games end before they start or are empty. I have played 85 levels essential as a solo player. Now the exp is too slow to keep going solo. I pretty much need to find a group to get experience now. A /players x would actually help solo players get more exp. You would still be penalized because you wonât get the party buffs of the other classes, but at least you will be more motivated to play. Right now, the game is getting very dry for me as a single player and no chance to get into a Baal run in a public game
You are citing evidence that is invisible and therefore of no value. There is no more evidence that there are a million full public games than that there are a million private games with a single player in them. If finding one is so easy why do your screenshots not show any?

I have tried for days to find a baal run, finally did last night. The server is such garbage lists never change empty games still show. Does not show any new games for hours upon hours. WTH do they do during maintenance JERK off ?
When I made p3 split mf games for the public, i was lucky if 1 person showed up. Not sure why that was but it was annoying. Once Im geared a bit better I will continue to make p3 public split mf games and see if ladder will be different.
