I am an offline player of Diablo II: Resurrected.
After purchasing the new “Demonologist” DLC, all the runes and gems that I had stored in my shared stash disappeared. Due to what appears to be system instability related to the DLC, I decided to request a refund.
I would like to ask about the item recovery process for the runes and gems that were lost after purchasing the DLC.
Additionally, after refunding the expansion, my existing characters appear to have been converted to DLC-based characters, and I am currently unable to access them in the refunded (base game) state. I would appreciate guidance on how I can regain access to these characters without the DLC.
