Before the server down today, I got the oculus around 30 mins from Hell Diablo with my Paladin before the server down. after the server is retrieve, my Oculus is gone… Please could you help to take a look. thanks a lot.
its called a rollback. You will never see it again, they will not look into it. You lost that time… poof gone… forever… part of the fun of playing on bnet.
