While this is technically duplicating items… it was caused by them fidgeting with the server and such. Many people have had items they got via trades or drops just removed completely and others have been lucky and somehow got doubles. It’s pretty messy out there.
There is no way they will restore your pul rune… Here is what they told me about restoring characters/items… basically… they won’t.
