I would like to be refunded the servers are down for hours at a time. Lost time and items when they finally reset them and do minor rollbacks.
Indeed, this is so frustrating…“30 days not connected” massage again, Plz return us the money for your failure servers, or fix them and at least compensate us with a fix of some config file for the game with the ability to change fps/refresh rate to get at least 75hz stable with 980ti and 144hz screen.
Your best course of action, if Blizzard’s refund department does not respectfully refund you, is to contact the financial institution that you had used to pay for the game. Your bank, credit card company, and/or PayPal do have a say in returning the funds that you used and which resulted in a product/service which was less than reasonably functional.
A gentle heads-up that after your funds are returned, some people on this forum claim that Blizzard may deny you access to any of the other games which you may have associated with your Blizzard account. That, to me, is the epitome of a harmful business model as all you are requesting is a refund for a single product. Hopefully the peeps claiming that are mistaken. I cannot read the minds of Blizzard employees. Yet, I do hope that they realize there are many who love their other titles and simply wish to let go of one of their titles.
I have to wait 'til tomorrow to speak to a rep at my bank as Canada is having its Thanksgiving holiday today. Good luck to all and keep us posted if and when you are able to be refunded. Back to legacy for me. I love the old games.

Rasalom and Lykotic may be mistaken. Regardless if they are defending or simply sharing their impressions of Blizzard’s TOS, you do have a number of options to get your money back. Consumers of software do have a number of rights.
I do not deny that Blizzard reps could disable access to your other game titles if and when you receive your refund from the financial institution that you had used to purchase the game. Disabling access to one or more of their other games would be a harmful business practice/model when you have respectfully asked for a refund on one of their titles.
If you do get a refund when going through your financial institution, please share about it so that others can get useable info on what is a difficult experience. Thanks. And, good luck.
When Activision offers a refund option i will stop, i will not be damaging my financial standings because this company failed its consumers, until then this crowd control copium is a waste of time #NeverActivisionAgain #NeverVicariousGamesAgain
