I’m running a shout barb right now, and I’ve noticed war cry will occasionally miss. I turned on the miss indicator to make sure. I thought it always hit, and wasn’t reliant on AR. Am I wrong or is this a bug?
I have also noticed that my warcry misses so you are not the only one. I started noticing it early game on Nightmare.
strangely its blockable, so you sometimes have miss indicator on monsters with block chance
The monsters shield their ears.
