This is difficult to get the runes, but does this not seem to be the perfect solution to have your follower have concentration Aura and there are no more immunities making your sorceress kick @ss. Is anyone using this?

concentration just improves attack rating i thought
It increases damage. But only physical damage (and Blessed Hammer damage at 50% effectiveness for some weird reason). Seems pretty useless on a sorc unless you were doing a melee sorc.
