That’s the best rune word for a strafe + cold arrow build early on in ladder until hell. Best bases would be great bow or matriarchal bow. You can reach 9fpa multi, guided or cold arrow and max strafe speed with just treachery on. Lem would be the most expensive bit. You also save points in critical strike and penetrate while leveling. +250% to AR is a BIG help in damage output. Even +2 mana after each kill and the magic find on it help early on untwinked.
