My merc equips insight and I see the aura on him but it does not get applied to me.
(I know this has been previously reported but just adding to the forum in hopes Blizzard decides to fix this then spend time doing other things.)

I got a new merc that now casts prayer and I went outside of town.
I saw an aura was applied, which I think was Prayer, because it was blue. Meditation seems to be a cloudy/misty graphic? I do not have this cloudy gfx on my character.
After, I cast some spells to lower my mana and took some damage. I was still ticking up my mana regen at 2 per tick. I also wasn’t regaining any life. Seems like both auras are not working?
Can you share what I did wrong in this situation?

If I’m not mistaken, if you unequip your mercs weapon, and re-equip it, it activates his auras.
Could of been a workaround back in the day, not sure if it still works. Give it a try.
I tried this and then logged out and back in and it works now.

Both auras should be working even if you cant see it there are builds that can have 4 auras through equipment, dont worry there are there , and yeah the cloudy one is meditation
