Chat has been wretched since the beta, and negative feedback was given then when presumably the developers wanted feedback. This should have been the #1 issue to address before launch, and it is still the #1 issue now.
Consumers should remember this issue and the fact that (In)Active-Buzzard has no interest in finishing this product when considering purchasing future products. Particularly Diablo related products, as there are now decades long patterns of contempt from this company towards the Diablo fanbase.
