I recently built a new pc and tried to import my existing d2r characters to the new pc. The first issue I ran into was the offline characters were not appearing. I tried editing the files looking like this charactername(2021_11_25 04_18_41 UTC).d2s to this charactername.d2s as I saw how a new test characters files looked. This fixed the issue of the characters not appearing now they were played but after playing any new progress isn’t being saved. How do I fix this issue?
Make sure the file isn’t write-protected.
