+1 going on 6 hours. Happened to me twice yesterday but both times the server resets fixed it

Its been 4 hours and i still cannot create a game.

Since 14 hours ago I can’t play softcore anymore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing softcore characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”
If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.

my char is “already in a game” since more than 7hours…

+1 stuck over 7 hours. Some friends are stuck more than 24 hours and Blizz is ignoring the issue
HOW is this still a thing? Was really hoping this would be fixed when I got off work. Can we PLEASE play the game we paid for? +1
