if you were in private chat channel there was no warning whatsoever.
They should fix this chat cause game channel is terrible it randomly disappear and puts you into trade channel.

I received no warnings in my game. Then again my chat hasn’t worked all day in game.
As it sits it looks like I rolled back half a dozen levels and all of Act 2.

it was actually 10 minute in game warning. then another notification 5 minutes out.

There were ZERO warnings because the game keeps kicking people out of the general chat and placing the people in private chat. Progress is gone and i’m livid.

Has there been any word on if missing characters are gone forever or not? At launch time I hopped on and made a few characters but didn’t have much time to play, got one character to level 2 but that’s it so it’s not the end of the world if I have to start over, but since I would want to use the same names I don’t want to start new characters if the ones I already made are going to be restored.
