IAS Calculation incorrect?

Anyone else seeing wrong numbers in the advanced stats page? I’m wearing 60% but i only see 40%?

2 X Mosiac= 40%
1 x 20 IAS Gloves= 20%

Mosaic only has 20 ias where you getting 40?

Two weapons are averaged not additive.

Same for barb.

Also the claw base matters as well where greater talon and runic talon are the fastest base claws.

It doesn’t seem to show off hand IAS. My Nat’s claw’s 40%IAS won’t show on the stats page if it’s in my offhand, but shows it if in Main Hand.

Only main hand weapon IAS matters + ias from gear
So you have 1 x mosaic + 20% gloves = 40%
This is why you can have slow offhand claw because it doesnt affect your attack speed.

Yes, only primary weapon is usedfor some stats, such as +%ED damage, ias, life and mana leech, and so on.

This is one of the main issue on D2: it’s not clear where stats count or not.
I.E.:
if you have +5% LL on a ring, it is a global modifier, it always is used.
if you have +5% LL on a weapon, it’s only used when it is selected as primary weapon.

Stats such as +res, + DEX, and so on, they are used even if they are in the secondary weapon.

Some stats are global, some are local, and it’s not that easy to spot the difference.
