I cannot open a technical support case

Technical support page says I must own Diablo 2 Resurrected to post in this forum… Clearly have it - am still unable to play cause my characters are all locked to games…

Try posting in the bug report forum.
I don’t think enough people are doing so, so that side of the workforce isn’t seeing all of our concerns as promptly as we would like.
It made a difference during the Beta.
