Have you never played a solo self found melee char or never watched someone do that in youtube?

I dunno… amazons seem to do a good job slaughtering monsters or cows in bulk.

Casters have much faster and efficient playthroughs of the game. Casters can kill mass while melee chars need to hit single targets.
The biggest joke is that many of those who go for a barb playthrough end up switching to warcry barb because its faster and finding good weapons is super hard as a melee char because you kill so slow.
So yeah I would remove spirit/insight and add magic immune monsters for hammerdin and also remove the concentration bonus so that hammers dont get uber dmg.

It’s like you’re frustrated that your legs are hobbled while noone else’s are… and your solution is to have everyone else’s hobbled too rather than have the hobbles taken off your own legs.

Why isn’t your proposed solution to improve the state of your preferred melee character/s so that they’re as efficient and enjoyable to play as other characters? Why make every class inefficient and frustrating to play?

This thread didn’t age well. Their solution was to make the game easier.
I think now would be a good time to start a melee hardcore barbarian 1.09 version playthrough.

Sounds like you’re a big fan of games that arent Diablo 2. Your voice should definitely be heard here! Blizz, make changes for this guy because he’s a big fan and definitely isnt going to quit in like 2 weeks.
