It is not correct, to suggest someone not be upset about a faulty product. Because games frequently have this problem, it does not take away from the fact that it is indeed a problem. Being used to a problem, to the point where it doesn’t phase you, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
If other products had these delays before use, they would also experience refund requests.

He/she has the right to complain, everyone whos saying “it just launched relax”, while thats true, all they did was revamp graphics and sounds…nothing else. Also, theyve been a company for 20 years now, they know how to handle a launch…just too lazy to do anything about it.
