How to refund? - Unplayable - Crash at loading screen

i was shocked to be able to play for the first 1 1/2 hour without lagg or anything, said this is pretty amazing to be a blizzard launch.

now i feel more like home…but its not enough for a remaster lol

Plenty of launches go without issue. Imagine SpaceX scheduling a launch but on launch day the thrusters fail to fire, communications are down, and they tell everyone “it’s totally okay we’ll get it together soon, I know I know you’d think we’d have it down pat by now by what can you do we’re just a multi billion dollar company lol, you know how it is right guys? Just wait a few more hours/days now” Exactly.

I don’t think it’s necessary for you all to come in here acting like drama queens and making new threads about refunding. No one cares. Just go do it and save the negativity.

Holy mother of god, they have a million budget and years of server launching experience. Fuzzle this with any company and you get paid 0 in any valuta.

Get a grip,

because relaunching a 20 year old game with minor graphic patches and somehow managing to make it fail on launch day.

Can you refund blizzard balance? Because that’s how I purchased it and I do not want blizzard balance in return.

Imagine promising a game to your 4 year old girl, taking her €40 saved up money and then being such a trashy parent saying “no, today I’m not in the mood”.

Are you implying that it was as difficult for you to save up $40 as it is for a 4 year old girl?

If so, then yeah I’d totally be refunding.

I’m sorry but I’m buying a game I expect it to work on release day If the game does not work it proves the lack of professionalism of the team or the editor If I dared to do this at my job I would be fired in a minute But if we are called Blizzard Activision EA and others well (is normal. Well no I expect that a release date is scheduled the game works at this time and not 3 to 4 hours later. For me the same problem was present in the beta the same in the release so result in my reflection … they did not even try to solve they did nothing Think that you have an internet provider who offers you a service that will be set up today but in reality you will have internet in 15 years you have to wait I think not ditto for a game A game is a service provided especially when it is online so if the service does not work or is not provided the law in my country calls it a denial of service. the respondent is the distributor in our case Blizzard
