Why are people butthurt for asking refound? Every product has refound. I dont remember last game where I had to wait 3 hour to play on opening day …oh wait wow expansions.

While digital sales are generally final, games that have not been played yet can be refunded.
You go to Support > Contact Support > D2R > Categorize Issue > Payments > Refund

I have played like 1 hour, got to lvl10 and server disconnected. Now my char seems lvl5 and cant get back in. Blizzard literally allowed us to click play, so that we cant refund. They have written down this; “no refund if you clicked play”. Well played Blizzard, well played

You would think after decades of game launches and billions of dollars in profit that Blizzard would be able to launch a game without issues. I dont blame people for complaining. Why say something will be ready by a certain time when it won’t be ready by that time? That’s not on us, the consumers, but on them, for putting out expectations they themselves couldn’t even meet. I hate the notion that the consumer is wrong for being wrongly inconvenienced/lied to, especially when hard earned money is being given.

With thousands of players actively trying to log for decades in and years of experience with World of Warcraft, one would expect a freeby login and buttercut player experience.

This has nothing to do with being “Blizz nut huggers” retard. No launch goes without issues. Ever. If this is your first launch day experience fine, but it sounds like you have gone through this before, which means you are just being an a$$.
