Really, interesting, I had thought they were much more rare than that. I can only remember one SoJ ever dropping for me in my entire time playing D2 (to be fair I played the heck out of it when it came out and through its expansion then pretty much nothing until the rerelease).
To let you know as well, you need to stack MF (I had maybe 700%?) and set the players setting to players 7.
