and in bbattle net?? how many you think can be in total?

how about after 1 month of seasson start?
how about the market (i mean trading etc..) it’s posible trade things after the first week or month?? specially in SC?

If blizz can’t animate a ghost when your hardcore character dies, do you really think you should pay them for a new character?

I did some more research for you. I killed one monster and now I’m rank 9791 on the ladder with 33 xp (Expansion, SC, EU):

On HC, 18xp resulted in rank 901

Remember when D2 told you how many players were on battle.net and in games when you logged in?
Total worlwide? Probably under 100k peak during the first week of season. After that week? Sub 10k.

thanks that help a lot. it’s sad the low playerbase :frowning: , how many of those will be bots… 4000?…

I wouldn’t say the player count is low, and as you know, the player base is quite fragmented even within D2R. Then, of course, there’s vanilla D2 and all the mods, like Median XL and Project Diablo 2. Also, some players are choosing to skip this season because BlizzCon is only 3 weeks away.

As of today, there are already over 11,000 characters on the Softcore/EU/Expansion/Ladder that have reached at least Level 2. Even if everyone created two characters, I’d say that’s still a healthy number of players, especially considering this season didn’t bring anything new.

edit: Notice that “Expansion” in this case means non-RotW version of D2R.

More stats, SC/EU/RotW/Ladder:

Already nearly 10k characters who reached Level 80 on this specific ladder alone. That’s a a lot of nerds.

Anyway, I would still wait for BlizzCon before buying RotW, because you could potentially save money, depending on what they announce. :slightly_smiling_face:
