Good luck using a portal to Durance of Hate Level 3 without completing Travincal.
Edit: While technically true. Only one person who needs the quest that is in your party needs to be in Travincal to complete the quest for everyone in the party.

YOU ARE WRONG
You have to be in Travincal and near the council when they die in order to complete the Travincal quest. You cannot complete the quest from town even if there are players in Travincal who can. You cannot be bumped to Act IV. You cannot enter a portal to Durance Of Hate without completing the Travical Quest.

I am starting to realise that people like you are so much into themselves that are not even willing to try and prove if they are right or wrong, and if they do try they will only try to prove themselves right and will find a way to twist the test and wording to fit their agenda.
Same goes for flat earthers, gender studies and so on

Evan, i too once thought i knew it all until after years of play, someone told me to stay in town when they did travincal. I was surprised, i never knew it worked like that ! Yet it did.
When i thought i knew everything, i didnt make a complete fool out of myself though by not listening when it was proven i did not know everyting.
Lets go then
if your in town allied with someone in throne and baal diesā¦ if you both needed quest you will get quest alsoā¦ this means if you got rushed lvl 1 to a5 ā¦ allied with partyā¦ party kills baal ā¦ you are then also in nm. and repeat to get to hellā¦ you can get to hell lvl 1 or close to itā¦ cus some quests are proximity quests and u will get exp. they dont ban for thisā¦ to think this is bannable is laughable. the game itself permits it. You can bypass the 20 40 60 lvl requirement ancientsā¦ but ā¦ you can NEVER go in the throne till you get ancients quest. even tho the exp penality is incredible when your lvl so far removed from the map levelā¦ the huge amount of experience makes it very profitable (level fast) to do soā¦ i think i did a lvl 1 in chaos hell and got 17 levels in one run. youāll be 80 in an hour or two.

You are correct about rushing from town. You cannot complete ALL quests from town though. The Arcane Sanctuary quest cannot be completed from town. The Summoner, Travincal, and all main rush quests can be completed using a bumper.
I updated my original reply with the method to rush using a bumper.
Can we all appreciate the fact that people like Evan exist and will twist the very fabric of reality in order to prove to others that his point is correct even thought all facts and test show that he is wrong?

To my knowledge, the only quests you canāt complete from town via ābumpingā are the level-restricted ones (if you donāt meet the required level)ā¦ and I believe thatās only the Ancients (but not 100% about useless side quests with no tangible character improvement reward).
Bumping is how I decked out my low level duelers back in the day. Get them all the skill quests, resist scroll, life potion, and Lam Esen stats in each of the 3 difficulties on a sub-level-9 character.
Alekk might be a little abrasive in his communication but Iām pretty sure heās 100% right. At least any quest that matters in the relation to the power of your character or completing the game.

Classic rush to hell diablo then convert to expansion can be done on a level 1 toon.
