Are changes live on Single player??
Reaper’s Toll has been the weapon I used on Fury mutts since LoD.
It is a great choice.
It has a 5fram max fpa, so you lose a bit.
With the current changes, I you won’t be hitting this same frame rate.
They are nerfing wereforms a lot with their change for no reason whatsoever, but trying to say hey lookit, we changed something! Pffft. It’s a gd joke.
The fact that you used an offline character shows you have no idea wtf you are doing in testing, and yet selling it as if this is going to work in 2.4. Using an IAS jewel in helm even further shows you don’t know how to play wereforms. Please just stop.
PTR is available in offline/single player mode, it pulled the same single char file from 2.3

The IAS still doesn’t do anything on the PTR. Once you have like 11% ias you are capped and he’s already getting that from the Highlord’s so putting it in his helm IS pointless.

Uh, I mean an Um would be pretty good, but there are other options. You could do a 40ed jewel. That would actually do something, unlike IAS.
