i did hell forge the animation and quest completed but there are no drops its supposed to drop a rune and gems … help
i summitted a ticket and they sent me here…
can i get my quest re set or something so I can actually get the random loot as intended?
this also happened to me, although for me it happened in nightmare difficulty.

I doubt they can edit your character, but this definitely needs patched. I thought the way its supposed to work 100% of the time is x3 gems and x1 rune, the RNG is the quality of drops, not the quantity.
i do agree with the rng… i have done about 2200 NM andy runs and no sojs
This. I did literally thousands of Hellforge rushes back in the day. Never once i had a no drop.
