I keep getting an error message stating this:
“You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements.”
I closed the PTR, opened up regular D2R and went online, farted around for a few minutes and logged back off. I then went back into the PTR (sat in a much longer queue this time) and still get the same message. How do I fix this?
I have this same issue.
I’d also like to point out that the offline/que/30 day notice is an infinite loop with no way to exit the game. Have to tab out to windows and shut it down manually.
Well it looks like the issue has resolved itself. Perhaps it took Blizzard a while to flag my account as active again. Who knows.
I have this issue because my date/time aren’t right on PC bios…

The same issue here. I just found one Forum “solution”, where only an OS re-installation seemed to have helped. No option for me btw…
