6 hour lock and counting. When i didnt think they could have a worse launch than d3, i stand corrected.

they’ll come up with some script from an intern that detects and flushes stuck characters automatically

I think that would defeat the purpose of having the flag in the first place. The purpose seems to prevent players from logging in multiple times.
That one sounds more like it would be a good solution. I wonder if they could have the database ask if the player is still in a room every few minutes to refresh the flag or not.

Yeah, im with you, I am at hour 19 now. If they were doing it in the way they stated our turns would have definitely been up by now lol.
It’s Friday night. I’ve been locked for about 6 hours give or take now. Don’t give me hope of being unlocked if it’s not going to happen tonight. You guys gave a REALLY vague “few hours” response on twitter. Respect everyone’s time and tell us the truth. Either you don’t know or it’s not happening tonight. There’s still people locked out that have been waiting double my time.

You’re right and it’s ridiculous that they even posted that. “Keep trying”. If it’s going to be down for us that have been locked out for many hours, tell us. Instead of telling us to try every 15-30m. Wasting so much time of people that can move on and do stuff but really want to play. Don’t give people false hope. I work in IT we always give the worst-case scenario regarding down time for this very purpose.
